FINANCIAL INFORMATION

PAYMENT OF TUITION: The first month’s tuition and fees are due first week of August.  The tuition is based on school days and broken down into 10 monthly payments.
Parents have an option to pay monthly, quarterly or by semester by filling out the tuition payment agreement and mailing this with the first payment.  If for any reason payments cannot be made on this said date you need to notify the administrator for an extension date.

LATE FEES: A late payment fee of $10.00 will be charged to your account if not paid by the 10th of every month.  You are responsible to keep track of the date for quarterly or semester payments.  A reminder letter will not be given.  The school has the right to dismiss a child if tuition is not been received during that month.

SUPPLY FEE:  The supply fee is not covered by your registration fee. Kindergarten and extended day children have an additional charge; please refer to tuition agreement form.

ENRICHMENT FEE: Preschool program will be charged $100.00 per child for the school year, which includes a certified music teacher.  The Elementary program will be charged $200.00 per child for the school year, which will includes a  Spanish, Music and Physical Education teacher, and the weekly use of the YMCA .  The payments could be paid in full or could be paid by semester. Please contact the administrator is a different payment plan is needed for your child.
